[Release]Wolfenstein 3D Bosses rotations.

For high-res texture/sprite projects, sprite-fix patches, music add-ons, music randomizers, and other graphic/sound-only projects.

Ended up making the Spectre frames myself, not the best but its will do for what I need.

oh yes a other thing that never have rotations is now having rotations thanx
next of the most simply things is the return to danger ghost and than the ultimate challenge of formgen that while anything was the same as return to danger in monster sprites only the ghost in ultimate challenge was a different ghost a green thing like ghost
both ghosts shouldnt be too hard to have nice rotations like this one you maded
