Decided to mirror the files 'cause having these lost would be most unfortunate, particularly the mandatory secret wiped SoD mission packs. Fixed that OG mission map12 softlock, too. Hopefully nothing else pops up.
Oh, yeah. Also decided to cobble up a mostly wiretorn version of the Mission Pack set. Should be mixable with gameplay mods for the most part, though I haven't tested thoroughly yet if I got everything out.

It doesn't contain everything, only the Original Missions (as in, the first 3 Wolf3D episodes), Nocturnal Missions (the last 3 Wolf3D episodes), Spear of Destiny, and the two Spear of Destiny mission packs from FormGen. It's all there in the description of the thread, so read the whole thing first.
They're all also modified heavily from the original versions of the mods, removing things like mandatory secrets, new sprites, adding the Spear of Destiny itself as a weapon of its own, among other things.

Why can't I see the pistol icon in Original Mission and SoD? Only in Nocturlan Mission do I see the pistol icon.

Updated my wiretorn Spear of Destiny Mission Packs. Same link as the previous post, but I'll repost it here if ya don't wanna scroll.

Spear of Destiny Mission Packs Wiretorn

Code: Select all

- Maps with bosses that would normally drop keys don't have them, causing softlocks. Keys have been placed manually so the maps can be finished.
- Removed no jump/no crouch/no infight flags. Noticed during testing that some bits are actually too short for a vanilla player to pass.
- Removed a missed mandatory secret (cave wall that looks exactly the same as the walls around it) in map08's exit.
- Removed a missed mandatory secret (wall with control panel texture that's never been established as a usable) in map12.
- Removed a secret tag in map12 for a sector that you could no longer access.
- Removed missed mandatory secret (pushwall that looks exactly the same as the walls around it near the silver key/blue card) in map36.
- Added dropitems for various weapons and items not normally in the mission pack. Not gonna do it for enemies 'cause the random nature might cause them to get stuck on the tight corridors/corners. Heck, the random nature could already easily net you something like 2 chainsaws in the same room. This was more of a quickstep to have more toys to play with in gameplay mods without going through the maps one-by-one adding things manually.

Just gave your wiretorn mission packs a run through using vanilla doom stuff i like what i'm seeing but it gets a little repetitive killing mostly former humans in these levels.
