Since I am working on Hexed Underworld recently, I was searching for some more fancy tools I had in my pc somewhere... and noticed that I had U8Viewer.
I decided then to dump all art from the game where possible, and the result has been simply amazing: I have managed to dump everything from the game I think :D
The link provided in this thread comes with already PNG converted sheets, but it's up to you to crop them for your needs. Original .bmp files are also included, in case you need them for something else.

Neat! Though I'm not sure how useful they'll be for Doom stuff on account of the perspective, I'm sure I'll find some use for them.

I'll have to look and see if U7 or the Underworld games can be similarly dumped...

Sir Robin and me are already in the way to extract resources belonging to UW games, surely Sir Robin ones are the right ones while mine are just converted resources from old attempts to make ports of UW. About Ultima 7 mmh, maybe Exult has something to dump resources from the game?
