[Exhumed] Projectile stuck on the ground

I don't know if this is a map bug or an engine issue or what, but while playing this map on the latest version of Raze (1.4.0), I ran into a very strange issue:



Here is the relevant savegame.

Hope it helps, figured I'd report it anyway even if I'm unsure on the exact nature of this bug, maybe it's just a map issue.

I have seen the same thing once, too. The projectile is stuck in a logic loop - it cannot move but it also cannot die.
Unfortunately Exhumed's projectile code is in a class of its own - it's an utterly obtuse mess I simply do not understand. I cannot even say if this bug is our own doing or something original because it seems to be very rare to get this, which makes it hard to test.

For what that's worth, I don't recall ever seeing this before, but I got another occurrence of this same bug on the same map when going to a different room...

I think it's a duplicate of this: https://github.com/coelckers/Raze/issues/627
If so, it's fixed - but this cannot be verified from a savegame where the projectile is already stuck.
