Honestly, I noclipped out of the area where I acquired the pit fiend mount. I thought that the jump is just badly calculated.

So, add some strong explanation on the controls (the altfire leap is completely hidden), or make the fence closer to the sloped ground, so it would be able to leap it without the altfire at all.

When leaving the ice arena, should the blue keycard open the doors to let me escape? Having the key and pressing the switch didn't seem to activate it.

Is this the front doors marked with blue? Near the main food kiosks? Not the warehouse side. It should let you out. If it keeps giving the blue access card warning, let me know.

Sorta have the opposite problem. Cleared the chlorine without talking to him about it first, and I couldn't turn it in. Loaded, did it properly, and it still doesn't work. Might have been addressed in the hotfix.

I am really struggling to make the mutant mount jump the fence. Just saying :).

P.S. And I managed to do it as soon as I posted. Still, this part could be made a little bit easier. Doom platforming isn't very fun, especially when you cant jump/strafe.

P.P.S. I found a funny bug. If you jump on your dog before the level with the Nature Trail ends, you spawn on a dog with a dog nearby. I believe this can be fixed by running a check whether you have a dog in your inventory or not, before spawning it.




P.P.P.S. Found another issue. If you sell your mount to beastmaster while seating on her, you cannot jump.

Yeah this was fixed in hotfix. Amusingly, it also allowed you to spawn infinite junk from him, so enjoy that while it lasts. It'll be gone in next update.

Yeah I'll fix that. I guess it seems obvious really, that player would want to jump on dog before they leave. My bad.

The radiation mechanic is very frustrating, I'm basically being punished for exploring environments at low hp and I have no way to deal with it. Unless I missed something in the city, like a rad-suit.

The problem is that the mechanic basically softlocks me and I am forced to either give up or abuse save/reloading until I find HP or my way out of the level. It adds arbitrary challenge in my opinion.

Personally I think the radiation should either affect smaller locations (like a building) or not exist at all.

I finished every quest in the first area, except for finding Porcelain. Can anyone help me out on where to find her?

The game so far is absolutely perfect, without a doubt my fav Doom mod and a great game on its own right. Thank you for making it

Radiation is primarily limited to this one map and a small part of some of the later maps.

This is part of the map's intended challenge and many people warn you to prepare adequately. There are items later that allow you to deal with it anyway. I'm not reducing it. Sorry.

Quickly running through Episode 1 again to prepare me for AfterGlow. There's a few issues I can note:

* When you first get your motorcycle and come to the first gas stop the left-most window, covered with corrugated iron, is passable when it probably shouldn't be.
* Right at the beginning of Terminus, there's a shuttered door to the left, interacting with it causes "P_STARTSCRIPT: UNKNOWN SCRIPT 1" (or "7"?)
* In the cinema area of Temple of the Dollar, there's something strange going on with one of the posters:

Did you find her little stash near Westside? She left a map with a couple of places she was interested in...

I found it to be more of a nuisance, there are only a couple of maps where it's present to a degree where it affects you.
I haven't seen it being of any importance in Afterglow except for a few locations with a very bright green goo, were's it's obvious.
If anything, I would expect more of it in areas like nuclear power plant.

Generally using antirad stim sorts all issues.

The beast jump would be a lot more intuitive if you did not need to release forward before you click altfire.
