[WIP]DOOM of the Living Dead

[WIP]DOOM of the Living Dead

Inspired by George A. Romeros Living Dead films and the classic Zombies TC, this mod will span the first 3 films, along with other locations. I am currently working on 8 maps for the first episode, with a main hub to explore the multiple locations. As it progresses I plan to have a whole set of new zombies and different enemies to face off against.

That´s cool.
While i like custom made Maps, i´m also happy if the Zombies work as a Standalone Mod with the default Doom Maps so you could use them with other Weapon Mods.
Will this be possible here?

I plan on making them available when finished for anyone to use, but they will be in a larger scale than the classic doom monsters, more similar to the monsters from blood.

Very cool idea! The Living Dead movies have been an inspiration of mine for music.

Hi ..any chance you could release these maps as standalone mappack? I am still heavily Hopeful somebody makes a mappack similar to left 4 dead campaigns...
Which would be playable with some zombie mods ...

Looks like a good start ... Hah, hot Romero on Romero action! Barely legal!! Too hot for TV?!?

Keep in mind those large open areas where the player can see really far (like standing on a road looking towards the end of the road) can cause visual lag (fps drop) depending on a few factors such as AI checks and overall CPU speed. One thing you can do to help negate this is placing some extra objects in the way of the road such as a few vehicles.

Thanks for the interest, I am still working on the project, but it has been slow lately. I will have some more shots to show when I am happy with the changes I have added.
