Got the new version and had another fight with the boring ghost.
This time, no crash but for some reason, he kept flying away upwards, making it harder to hit him except with hitscan weapons.

Boss fight gets so much easier if you have Railgun. Trust me. It really is. And i'm pretty sure the ghost would teleport near you if you go further away from him.

The game crashed when I were driving a tank on Mode Y(low res effect), in the small version of Gutrot island. I think the timer was about to become 0 when it was crashed. the version is 0.6.

Really fun mod, the new points system is a great addition. The new modifiers are a joy to the eyes, because I have a soft spot for stuff like that.

I have one question, how do I "delete my progress"? Sometimes I like to start from scratch, so y'know.

Oh man, speaking of which i do wish the game goes full serious sentient mode to stop you from deleting the whole progress.

Hey,

I am getting 126 zscript errors and a segfault when I try to run this on gzdoom 4.4.2 on linux.

Any ideas why?

Based on those errors, I'm going to assume it's because you're not using GZDoom 4.4.2.

I compiled it and now it's working. I guess I have some leftover gzdoom installed somewhere, sry ^ ^

The highscore table is set in gzdoom.ini; search for "splot2_highscore" and remove all the cvars.

MAPS:
  • Gutrot Island: Fixed a couple of invisible walls on the roof of the gas station.
  • Petit Gutrot: Replaced the Cafe with the tall hexagonal building from the full map.
  • Petit Gutrot: Added additional weapon and item spawn points.
  • Town: Petit Gutrot now appears in the level selector.
WEAPONS:
  • Moved some code around in the ground fire effects used by the Flamethrower and exploded cars to avoid potential crashes in GZDoom's audio system.

Thanks for the update. And i'm not sure why the game freezes for a moment and then crash when it hits the boss round, after the boss appears. It happened when i tried Endurance mode for the 2nd time.
