Yeah. As m8f probably remembers, I mistakenly blocked him on the wiki, thinking his account was a spambot... The misunderstanding was cleared quickly in that case but it's just to show that it does happen. Were any changes made? When I went through reactivation, there was ReCAPTCHA 2 active that notoriously failed to load for me and made me stuck until that went away.
