You can already toggle insta-kill headshots. Simply set the Insta-kill cutoff slider all the way to the left, and it should turn off.

I think you should add options to do backstab with every weapons. At least backstabbing would be used.

Is this compatible with Zandronum? if not, would you be okay with making a Dehacked version?

No, it's not zandro compatible & no, I don't think I could without modifying every monster in the game, which is something I'd rather not do (kinda defeats the point of a UNIVERSAL mod??)

Interesting, I've just uploaded a new version which fixes this issue (hopefully, it was just a null pointer check). download here

Mikk JUST updated the mod. If you're going to ask a mod author to add content at your request, you should at LEAST ask politely. Mikk has no obligation to do as you ask, and spamming the request only makes it less likely.

To put it bluntly, jankespro12, you're being rude. If you can't restrain yourself, you shouldn't make requests like this at ALL.

@Mikk: I'm hoping to make a version of my mod that lacks its own headshot system so I test Critical Shots with it. If it works well, I'd rather use your mod as part of a default autoload than rely on my own bugged gameplay mechanics.

This isn't the first time he does this, either - he did the same on my Discord server and on my mod's Github repo, and also something similar with Kinsie. And from what I've heard he's done similar with Nash too.

Updated to 1.4, added new sounds and visual effects. Tweaked some other things, too. More info in the main post.
