This might be it. The crosshairs in the WAD look a bit odd when you look at them in something like Slade because they are in the Doom graphics format so their colours look all weird. The WAD is very old. I'm not even sure PNGs were supported when I first made it and decals and crosshairs were in their own greyscale IMGz format. I didn't know how to make them, so I made greyscale images, converted the palette positions to those of the Doom palette and used them as Doom format images. It does work, but it's weird. I also included a pk3 which contains the same images but they are greyscaled PNGs, which might be more useful, but they are just greyscaled versions of the older graphics. So any inaccuracies introduced back then, will still be there.

Both the WAD and the PK3 work independently of each other (i.e. you only need to load one).
