Not this one. I can't go to my own website (not my homepage) at my school. But I can go to ZDoom.org

And if you guys could tell me where doom2.exe is located on the Doom collector's edition disk I'd be very greateful, as I'm tired of searching 5 1/2 hours to find my Final Doom disk just to get a Doom2.exe.

Quick answer: It doesn't exist on the D:CE disk.

It wasn't available at all for an entire year. I know because I tried to buy it back in the fall of 2003. I didn't see it on the shelf as the new collector's edition until like last summer.

The only .exe you're going to get with the collector's edition is Doom95.exe. If you want the original .exe, your best bet is to download Boom.

I have exactly the same cd and it has no doom2.exe or anything close to it whatsoever. How about a screenshot of the folder where you say doom2.exe is stored?.

Install either Final Doom project for DOS onto your hard drive, then you will find it in the directory you installed it in. The EXE is packaged, you have to install the project to retrieve it. That's why I was saying I'd better ZIP the exe up in case I need it- I don't wnat to have to reinstall the game every time I want to use it.

You're right, there's a Final Doom for DOS, I just thought it didn't exist.
