Couple issues with TNT.wad 30 "Last Call" in GZDoom

These issues are particular to GZDoom, as the same wad works fine in both ZDoom and Doomsday.

There are two points in TNT.wad's last level, "Last call", level 30, that have sets of raising stairs that don't seem to work properly. One is at the pillar to obtain the red skull key, and the second is at the end of the level, leading up to the large platform in the room with the Icon of Sin. Neither of the staircases seem to want to raise all the way up in GZDoom. The red key one leaves me too short to actually get up without either cheating or using jumping, and the last one doesn't bring the final stair high enough to reach the platform. That make that one doubly problematic, since you're supposed to stand on the top stair, not the platform itself, to hit the Icon of Sin.
