I'll be posting my own sprites and edits here. I hope you'll find some use in them. Just give credit.
New DoomGirl Sprites are done! You can find them linked below. I've also updated the Female Doom Player WAD with these new sprites, as well as I believe I replaced the fist and chainsaw sprites (Can't remember if I uploaded that before).

I had been meaning to update my old Female Doom Marine sprites for quite a while. Mostly done from using DeXiaZ's Female Strife Player as a general outline for body shape and then basically just drawing DoomGuy over it pixel by pixel, a few of the death frames are just edited DoomGuy frames (Didn't really have a base/outline for Death frames so I had to do those myself). I tried to keep the helmet and weapon all the same size as the male player sprites, because why would the weapon randomly shrink between male and female. I know that was a common issue with a lot of female sprites, and I didn't want to simply shrink the male sprites horizontally and call it a day. So yeah this took a fair bit of time but it's finally done, and I'm mostly satisfied with it at least.
I posted this the other day in the Resource Request Thread and even before that most of it was posted in the Female marine thread a while back. I got tired of trying to find a decent DoomGirl sprite set and decided to make my own who I named Selene. Not sure why, I just like that name. The sprites aren't perfect but I think they came out rather well. Feel free to modify or use this however you see fit as long as you give me credit for them. Also if you use them in some sweet kick ass project let me know if you want, I'd love to see them used.

Duke Nukem version of Commander Keen sprites: (Edit 1/30/2012: Added sounds from Duke Nukem 1 Thanks go to NeuralStunner)

For whatever reason I decided to replace those commander Keen sprites from Doom II with Duke Nukem. I think it turned out fairly well. I did make two versions though. Use whichever you want.
I edited Xaser's Psygirl Mugshots to give brown hair and look more fitting next to DoomGuy's mugshots. I believe Psygirl's mugshots were edited from these.

I compiled the resources I just posted into a female player resource. I also added the androgynous UAC weapons from Eriance's Demon Eclipse along with the weapon sounds. Sounds come from WildWeasel's Diaz mod which I believe he in turn got from the Jedi Knight 2 character Tavion. The Mugshots are edits of Xaser's Psygirl.
Edit: Updated to Version 2 with my new female marine sprites, also replaced the fist and chainsaw hands.
Finally finished the sprites for this. Sprites are edits from from Jazz Jackrabbit 2 sprites and ItsNatureToDie's Satyr Gibbage. Sounds are from the unreleased Jazz Jackrabbit 3, I couldn't figure out how to get the sounds from 2, If someone happens to have them that would be awesome.

You should see if this could be added to Skulltag as one of the skins included with it. It's missing crouch sprites, but some of the ones already in Skulltag don't have any either. All it would really need is proper sounds.

Very cool stuff, well done, especially the Doomgirl. It's the first one that looks actually convincing!
BTW, would you mind doing a Jazz Jackrabbit or a Hocus Pocus variant of the hanging Keen?

In regards to the Keen replacement sprites, may I make a suggestion:
Why not have a hanging marine as hanging enemy? I admit, it would be a bi sadistic given the context, but it would be one of those situations where you have no choice but to kill them (out of mercy and necessity) since you need to exit the level that way.
