[r4208] KDiZD (v1.1) doesn't load - script error

When loading I just see this, then zdoom closes:

Script error, "kdizd_11.pk3:decorate/decorations.txt" line 996:
SC_GetFloat: Bad numeric constant "0.4´".

Not sure if the bug was introduced by this revision or an older one, sorry for the inconvenience.

There is a ´ after the 4 that shouldn't be there. ZDoom refuses to load at least as far back as r4182 because of this. The last official GZDoom (based on r4129) loads.

I tried r4177 and r4181. The former worked, but the latter didn't. This leaves us with three revisions r4178, r4179, and r4180. And out of the three, my guess would be r4179 what "broke" it.

So...

I'm afraid but this needs to be fixed in the mod. It's a clear definition error and adding workarounds for such an error only makes things worse.
