Hi everyone, so, I've been working for a while on a Wolfenstein 3D texture replacer for Doom 1 and 2, this idea has in fact predated the release of the Egypt pack (atleast as far as my memory goes), and I had many tries at it in the past, at some points I considered using RTCW textures but those were too dark, and most Wolfenstein mods are cartoony artstyle wise, so in the end I decided for Wolfenstein 3D, it's expansion and it's HD pack textures, all tweaked to fill in their Doom "counterparts", what inspired me the most to finish this is the ammount of Wolfenstein-themed Doom mods, and since I never felt it made that much sense to shoot Nazis on a UAC Techbase, I went through and finished this project for once and for all
Also, my texture edits are free to use, if you are a mapper you can use them as long as proper credit is given to me and the people in the credits too, I've also included a few extra textures that can be used to mix and match more, as well as other WW2-era flags (some Axis flags and the Soviet flag)

v3.2 changelog: replaced the skulls in the marble walls to be from actual Wolfenstein textures instead of recolored Doom ones replaced the keycard door trimp with a better looking one replaced the marble wall faces with flags instead of weird recolored WW2 symbols replaced the flags from the PANWALL textures, and other PANWALL textures tweaked replaced the BRNCAGE side textures to look better replaced one of the painting patches so it isn't just a recolored version of an already existing patch replaced the marble flats so they aren't recolored Doom ones anymore replaced the CEMENT small tile with a better looking one replaced the skull pile wall and floor textures with smaller, more human-like skulls recolored the big and small doors and the exit door recolored the STARWALL detail walls to stick out too much recolored the CEMENT blue part so it isn't blue, as it stood out too much recolored the SPROCK textures to be gray and not weird green-tan-gray recolored fireblu "mossrock" texture to be more clean tweaked the platform wall texture patch tweaked the square wood textures and flats so that they look less confusing some props recolored and tweaked, twitching hanged body is an actual hanged body now, impaled body now actually moves, furnace is now properly sized and doesn't connect to the air for no reason, stalagmite is now a stalagmite again instead of a weird shaped barrel, fireskull restored, golden armor now has light changes for animation purposes, added candles and candelabra, tweaked the lamps to fit Wolf3D better added the firewall textures more stuff I probably forgot.
v3.1 changelog: replaced all Shawn/silver/related textures replaced RW12_4 and RROCK09 added a Wolf3D-styled classic fireblu as an extra (you can replace the current one with it by renaming it and adding it to the patches folder) tweaked the shape of WALL97, CEIL1_1 and CEIL1_3 so it matches vanilla bit more

Thanks for putting this together. I've been wanting something like this to go along with all the Wolfenstein themed gameplay mods. This should complete the experience!

the tech lamps I am unsure what to replace them with, as for the dead monster and player props, replacing those would require me to either make new actors or replace the player and monster sprites, neither which I wanna do for monster pack compatibility, I feel gameplay mods need to do that themselves
The pack has been updated to 3.1, with this I feel Doom 1 and 2 support is finished and if I do update I may just go with PWAD support (not sure when I'll do that but I'll do it someday I guess) Changelog:

Cant believe I didn't find this till now! This is really awesome. Great job Craneo Got a similar version I tried to make a while ago but this is way-way better, defiantly using this for some stuff!
I have often thought about creating this exact same thing! But alas here it is! Thanks for doing this, it goes really well with mods such as Bratwurst. Great stuff.

maybe in the future I will add Final Doom and/or PWAD support...
EDIT: quick small update, added new gargoyle textures that are more pixel art-y instead of just the Doom ones with filters that make them look ugly.
