Damage Direction Overlay v1.01 for GZDoom 2.4+

----- DESCRIPTION:
Configurable overlay to display from which direction the player is
receiving damage.
If some other mod overrides the main options menu, type in the console:
"openmenu dmgdirovopt" to configure.
----- SELF-DAMAGE:
My workaround to show the proper direction from self-damage will only
work on vanilla Doom/Heretic/Hexen*(/Hacx/Freedoom).
If this is from a custom aoe weapon, the projectile must inherit from
the respective class: Rocket/PhoenixFX1 for Doom/Heretic.
Same for the explosivebarrel.
Otherwise the direction shown will be simply the actual player position
upon taking the damage.
*Self-damage from the Cleric's poison bomb or poisonshroom in Hexen
isn't supported. The poison system is handled in a very specific way and
doesn't trigger the WorldThingDamaged event for the player right now.
