The team behind the 20 Monsters Challenge comes together again for the sequel nobody expected!

This time around we've prepared a bit of a challenge for the mappers. You must pick at least one "mutator" from a list and apply it to your map. These can be mutators such as hazards and puzzles instead of monsters, or "the floor is lava". We've also raised the limit to 40 monsters and allowed all monster types, although some have a max number limit on them.

All of the necessary information regarding the rules, deadlines, submissions, and such is in the design doc.
We're open to ideas, too!

Map 05 has been seated! Gotta pick a mutator, though. The full list is in the design doc. Link's in the OP. Let me know if you've picked one so I can update the OP, unless you want to keep it a surprise. I'm fine with it either way. :P

Updated the reservations in the OP. Also updated the design doc. Apparently some users can't see the comments I left, so I've moved those to the document itself. Not as pretty as it used to be, but it gets the point across.

Eh, fuck it. I've got a Reelism 2 map in the pipeline and I have KL2 to be concerned with, but with the allowance of old bases to be used I have several maps that I can potentially contribute. I don't wanna take any specific slots for those yet, but I'd love to do the secret maps again as that shit was really fun last time around.

Hey this is great news! The 20 monsters challenge was a blast to contribute to and the end result was really quite awesome! I'd love to contribute a map, maybe like map 2 or 3? Just wondering though, why Lud (who was the previous project lead for the 20 monsters challenge) wasn't brought back to the helm for it's sequel?
