I need textures I am not to good with pixel art, so please some one can help me

Well, the first place I'd suggest looking is The Custom Texture Thread in our own Resources subforum. If there's something specific you need that you can't find (either in there, or in one of the many community texture packs or Nash's Resource Bookmarks thread), then I would suggest putting in a request - though be aware, the people who fill these requests are not being paid to do so, and not all requests ever get filled.

You don't have to make them. You can google textures and size them down in paint.

This is just about the worst way to do this - it's very easy to accidentally get graphics to which you cannot identify the authors, and Paint has never been very good at resizing or downsampling images without turning them into chunky salsa.

Then don't use them if authorship is important to you. I like to give credit where it's due, but some things are jus' too insignificant. I'm sure Home Depot could care less if I don't credit them on my non-profit Doom Wad for their painted walls, or whatever. And it's okay if they look like chunky salsa. All Doom textures look like that.

Paint has never been very good at resizing or downsampling images.
