-Russian Overkill (I like OP weapons)
-La Tailor Girl (love the variety here)
-Banhammer (ban all the bastards and it's also an anti-archie spam resurrection)
-Abort_m (fun wackyness, love it)
-Hearts of Baron (be the toughest demon)
-Daytime Drama TC (I like how clean it looks and it's also really fun to play)
-PSX TC and Doom 64 Retribution TC (I have a weakness for those two versions and I love both of them)

I think I'll leave out the big mods as I reckon people'll already know them. Besides, I have a soft spot for smaller mods and I feel they often get overlooked or taken for granted. My list (off the top of my head) would include:
