When clicking an Select All above a code window, instead of selecting the text, the page jumps to the top.

Working fine for me on Firefox version 52.0.1 (32-bit).

Looks like newer browser versions has this problem.
Both my Firefox 56.0 and Chrome 61.0.3163.100 do go top of page when click "Select All".
