.93 DooM Builder Configuration

Post by Macil »

Here is a Configuration for .93 ZDooM (DooM in HeXeN format) for DooM Builder. Just unzip the zip into the directory with DB in it.

It will be on the list as "ZDooM93+ (DooM in HeXeN)".

EDIT: It has the portal things and Friendly flag added. Is there anything else needing to be added?

EDIT2: This one is out of date, download the below one.

gives me the following error when starting DB:

Code: Select all

The configuration file ZDoom93_DoomHexen.cfg has errors and cannot be parsed. Syntax error on line 878: Invalid assignment. Forgot an assignment terminator?
edit: fixed it myself. it was a few missing semicolons.

gah, attachments aren't working for me. http://www.neophunk.com/misc/ZDoom93_DoomHexen.cfg

well, now it gives some error when i click the "Line actions" button. and i dunno how to fix that. doesn't happen with the regular Doom in Hexen cfg. this is nearly as buggy as .90 itself :P

I hate Visual Basic! With a decent programming language shit like this would not happen. :(

Here's a working version. It was a '=' missing in the definition of one line special. But why does such a trivial parsing error abort the program without mercy? That should not happen in well designed software!
