So I'm fairly certain that the Mancubus/Fatso's melee(?) is bugged, as it can cause a crash to desktop in certain cases. So, I just did a quick test on the HD range with no zerk, but instead, just a mancubus surrounded by explosive barrels (but no other props, next most appropriate coming to mind ...

Found a bug? It seems that the ammo pickups spawned from the ammo crate don't give you ammo for the pistol. The normal, map placed ammo pickups do, just not those.

Do you happen to still have anything from your old Doom 64-inator thread? Even if it didn't have the monsters or music it'd still be awesome to have purely for the aesthetic changes.

A thought: when the player gibs an enemy by speedboosting or revving through them, blood splatters on the screen that get wiped away by windshield wipers. For some bizarre reason I can't seem to be able to use the altfire for the Cygnis Rocket Launcher despite having plently of ammo for it. If you could, please make the decorations a seperate file. Some mapsets use Dehacked to make new monsters out of decorations, and if those decorations are replaced, then all those monsters are broken.

Blue Shift is the original HL weapons, but with higher poly weapon models. Literally just eye candy and nothing else.

Yeah, the sword ones are significantly more common than the blazter ones. Blazter subweapons seem to drop more often from the stronger foes.

For Blaz, Dark Gems are ammo for the Blazter's subweapons.
For DoomSlayer, they're rocket/missile ammo.

So? The pistol is never actually picked up in normal doom play, so there's no real reason for the pickup actor/sprite to be replaced.

So uh, a few days ago I got bored and decided to try my hand at some pickup sprites for the 2 weapons that don't yet have them, namely the SSG and the BFG9000. Use 'em if ya want to, just credit SiN, ZZrionTheInsect, and me.

Are megaspheres supposed to give 999 hp and 999 armor? It also displays the default "You got a pickup" message rather than the original megasphere one.

GMOTA is primarily built with Doom2 in mind, compatibly with Heretic/Hexen is pretty low on Kegan's todo list. If anything, it'll come once the other 2 heroes are done, but that's just my guess, I have no idea if it'll be added or not.
