Elevator panels are in the game now, as well as the geometry for Research, Reactor and Maintenance. Texture, lighting and object work are incomplete on those levels though so don't expect anything too amazing just yet.
Latest version is available on github.

Re: [1.3b] Dwelling Sin - RE-Styled Gameplay Mod for Doom
Been playing this recently and I love it!
Regarding shellboxes: I've noticed that if I have a shellbox that has one type of shell in it, I can combine another type of shell with it and it converts the entire box to to that second type. I'm assuming this is unintentional?

Re: SysDooM Shock
Hey, thanks! I'm stoked you're excited! The player movement code comes from Hideous Destructor, and it's very different from vanilla. I'm going to leave it as is for now since my intention is to basically create a modernized version of the original SShock experience (though not to the extent of ...

Re: SysDooM Shock
Played through the single map the other day, very promising stuff. I really like how faithful the map is, and how HDest's mechanics lending really well for a SShock-esque experience. Almost makes me wish it'd lean more into it, though I understand why not. Stuff like zerkpacks or doorbusters (maybe ...

Re: SysDooM Shock
bit of a tip but link the zdoom forums on your git as well. Oops. Forgot to do that. Thanks! just know that if your playing the max height your character will require to duck for a lot of the 1 square tall hallways. that not an issue for me but it was funny. Heh, didn't even think about that. That ...

SysDooM Shock
System Shock, but it's DooM but it's Hideous Destructor Xr2itrhWEMU I started working on this in summer of 2021 while waiting for the official NightDive remake. I took a LONG break and only recently got back into working on it again (though it's been a few months since I had time). I decided it was ...

Re: Changes In Forum Administration
My goodness. I took a few months away from even browsing this forum for lack of time IRL. Wasn't expecting to come back to this. Everything that needs to be said has probably been said, but I want to contribute to the discusssion, even if only a little bit. I was always mostly a lurker. I've posted ...

Wow. Being able to circle strafe makes dealing with the enemies WAY easier.

I'm of the mind that it's just plain fun to see what everyone does when given the same tools and starting point. Lord knows I enjoyed making my contribution.

Re: Lunar Strike (WIP build style sci-fi map set)
In that first screenshot, are the lights on the wall dynamic lights, or is that directly drawn on the texture? The lighting in these shots looks fantastic!

Re: Echo Path, an old unfinished mod for your enjoyment
I remember finding a download link to this in neocore's original thread way back when. It's nice to see it getting its own dedicated thread!
