Lag in GZDoom, can't figure out why
Recently, my computer's hard drive failed, so I got another one and reinstalled windows on it. I downloaded GZdoom, opened it up and there's lag, even in software mode, which is strange, considering how this is the same computer where GZdoom was running just fine. I downloaded the latest drivers for ...

Done, it's working, however I don't like using the devbuilds because of what happened to menudef, any other way of doing this?

Re: Lithium crashing on latest GZdoom release
That's strange, why aren't these files in the latest GZDoom release? Are there any more files I need to have updated? Either way, thank you.
EDIT: The files didn't do anything to make the mod work, should I post the reports again?

Crosshair transparency problem in GL2 renderer
While playing, there's a pure white square in the middle of the screen, it's obvious it's a graphical glitch. I am using Gzdoom 3.1, what's the cause?

Re: Any Killer 7 Fans?
One of my favorite games, I just love all the shit that sounds deep but makes no sense. Visuals and soundtrack and aesthetics are great, and the actual gameplay is just fine, no problems on my part.

Good wad combos
Have you guys ever played a combination of a mapset and a gameplay mod that was fun or good or interesting? I'd like to know since I recently got into Doom again and I just downloaded a fuckton of mods/maps.

Re: Problems with bilinear and trilinear filtering in GZDoom
What OpenGL version does your driver report? This sounds like the function to generate mipmaps is broken on your system (without which some modes will not render any texture.) Technically your card should support all what is needed. 2.1 EDIT: I've made it work now, I downloaded the drivers from the ...

Re: Problems with bilinear and trilinear filtering in GZDoom
This doesn't happen if I have just the "linear" setting on. When I turn on bilinear or trilinear filtering in the settings, all textures and all sprites disappear. I assume this is because my video card is outdated. Is there any way to fix this? How outdated? What video card is it? ATI Radeon 3100

Re: Playerclass and multiplayer
Thank you. Another question, is it possible to start a network game on the menu instead of straight to the map?edward850 wrote:You can only change it before the game starts in Co-op. Either in advance or +playerclass in the command line (which if it doesn't work for you, you're doing it wrong).
