Just tested it, but doesn't seem to work with Obsidian (modern OBLIGE)? And afaict Obsidian doesn't come with it built in...

Two little details. The Cuss Pack uninstall script nukes all .voc files, rudely deleting six .voc files that ship with the vanilla game. Good female player mugshots and female soundpacks are in short supply; maybe consider releasing those as a separate download? I would definitely use the mug.
