If you rip & tear an enemy next to an exit switch, & exit the level before the fatality was finished, you'll start the next level performing a fatality.

Spent the last hour or so starting a conversion of Eriance's Incarnate xDeath for the Revenant.
Instead of that red smoke the comes out of the chest cavity, I intend to have the armor break away, exposing a meaty splattering chest beneath it.

The problem in adding arm/leg dismemberment for higher tier enemies is the lack of animations that could be used to do this. The David G. death sprite for Hell Knight/Baron which I'm currently using could do a good leg dismemberment death, but an arm dismemberment would be unnoticeable. Same for ...

Speaking of chainsaws, I thought it would be pretty cool if you were chainsaw a Hell-knight/Baron, and it would go onto it's knees in a wound state with it's guts hanging out. Then you could kick it and it would sever the upper half of the torso from the lower half as the guts spill all the way out ...

The new Commando deaths aren't bad, I like them. They are slow but it hasn't considerably bothered me. I do agree he does need more death animations. He is a lower tier enemy, so half of the time I kill him with the minigun I expect him to get progressively ripped apart like the other zombies & imps ...

Does the Commando have a chainsaw/minigun death? The chaingunner's original death animation could easily fill this role.

Where is the logic behind this, though? The cacodemon "belches" lightning, it doesn't shoot it out of its eye. I agree it would be pretty sweet to use the Cacodemon's eye as a weapon. My idea was you could only get it if you performed the execution where you pulled the Caco's eye out. You'd get a limited amount of ammo with it, & the alt fire would be throwing it like a grenade that would explode into a ...
