There is no change to the input response in full screen - it will be exactly like in GZDoom today. When Windows sees a window that covers the entire screen it turns off the DWM, making the application render directly to the screen with no extra latency. I think I understand. Just about finished now - just needs a tiny bit more work + organizing a resource sheet.
Also should be noted that this was made 100% within the confines of the Blood palette, so it will be compatible with Blood itself or anything that uses that pallete.
