I thought original wad was Doom.wad and i assumed if he wanted to merge than it would be for DOOM.EXE.

OK, I tried SLADE to merge WADs. Well, it wasn't successfull but I've seen the advantages of SLADE. Nice program!! =) You could still import files via SLADE, but yeah, if you just want to merge wads together, it's handy to have XWe. 1. Open original wad 2. select all 3. copy 4. Open other wad 5 ...

If you want to put it in Doom Builder, you will have to put something like this:

Into DECORATE or you could use "summon" if you don't want to do that, but it's no good for mapping.
