can you kindly make a patch for vm abort caused by using DRLAX's duct tape while having the Personal ECM upgrade

I cannot move my mouse with the PDA up anymore on GZDOOM 4.11

The latest GunBonsai update allowed gun upgrades to be disabled, thus only allowing body upgrades. I tested how the unique and above weapons behave with this by leveling and repeatedly dropping and picking the weapons up, and they don't lose their modpacks anymore.

The monster pack breaks the shotgun shop on MAP01 of Zeppelin Armada, the bars of the cell containing the shotgun won't raise. Other monster mods work just fine though.

EDIT: it also breaks the other maps.

Heads up to anyone using this with GunBonsai, having two upgrades of "Personal ECM" then using the nano tape will cause a VM Abort. (It points to line 1348 in items.zscript)
