When using a gamepad, the joysticks(both left and right) axis skips the end mission screens and cut scenes and it can cause quite a few issues. Since cut scenes trigger after a countdown and if you keep moving or looking after killing a boss it will skip the thing. Also since some levels end by ...

It seems getting crushed in 3rd person on E3M5's treadmil or dropping to the first floor (3rd person) crashes the same.
I've added both crash reports.
