The Cruzader final weapon could be a Ice one since I think Ice is underutilized on Heretic or Hexen and their mods and therefore deserves be a final weapon once. In order to be related with the Cruzader Christian tone it could be called 'Cocytus Deliver' or 'Cocytus Maul', 'Cocytus Punisher' or ...

Yes indeed I was playing on the hardest AND I had activated the double ammo cheat on GZDoom gameplay control menu.
Now by turning off the double ammo cheat, everything come back to normal.

I don't know if its just happening to me or its a bug on the mod...
The Crusader spear weapon mutaded first attack rather of consuming blue mana it is actually giving it.

My opinion about it is meh. So he really didn't need a chaos serpent, and I also believe that "Serpent Riders" was an early thing. Korax himself looks like a chaos serpent with steroids to me. However, I guess there is the atmospheric thing about it. I mean, there is the fact the real fight starts ...

Thanks for answer me again. :) The Heresiarch looks really neat now. Also, I could not agree more with your statement: "No more long ass invulnerability phases, just an incredibly aggressive wizard lizard, as all things should be". Now I look even more hyped for a new D'Spair remake fight.

How could I select the walls and flats only (but not the actors, like monsters) on a Neural Upscale .pk3 file?
Did you delete them by using Slade?
