I played this last night then I fell asleep ;D so I couldn't manage to give my opinion, so here it is. The map is fun, old styled, with plenty of mobs and moderate challenge. I did find the deco even less than my precious doom2.wad but I enjoyed it nonetheless - oh, and try to lay off on the monster ...

Thar be an AI thing, normally they would stop and attack, but sometimes they keep walking then fire. Either way I just put this on for the lulz but if enough people say they kinda like it I might improve on it.

My latest tomfoolery, a half-assed defense map mainly made as an experiment for an artificial health system (you'll see what I mean when you play it, let a mob get to the central tower). Basically, hold off the large waves of mobs. Not really a very serious map, so don't expect something like ...

Sooo...Doombuilder isnt saving my maps properly or something, they appear in the Load menu but not in normal Windows, anyway here's a link to a video that should show what I mean.

I had my LineId set, and even if I didn't ACS still should have highlighted the Scroll_Wall.

Appreciation of a mapper/modder's skill is one thing, having fun with his/her creations is another. When making your map/mod, don't get the two mixed up.

I didin't really do it for Doom...My internet was lagging for no reason (restart fixed thoughCeeb wrote:Just a tip, you didn't need to restart. The script had a half finished command in it, which should have made an error...Anyway when I deleted the error it worked fine again, and a restart of my PC allowed DB to accept the syntax for my broken ACS, but it doesnt want to highlight :3 and now that I've played it (tried in Zdoom and Skulltag ...
