Recoil mod for standard doom weaponry?

I'm wondering if anyone has ever done D64/Quake style view-recoil for the vanilla doom weapons. I'm looking to add something like this in my autoload, combined with Nash's Q-tilt and Non-Slippery movement code. I know it's probably Simple ACS but I have not the knowledge to do so.

I use Paint.NET in combination with GIMP alot and I don't really have any major problems, I recommend enabling Single-Window mode like Scripten said if you're used to Photoshop's interface though. Apparently many people are unaware of this feature.

Aside from Doom obviously, I'd go with Chex Quest or Heretic. But for the sake of the poll I think I side with Chex Quest.

Oh yeah, I forgot about ZDCenter, I played it alot when I used to be on ZDaemon but I didn't know if the two had any direct correlations with eachother. Thanks for clearing that up for us.

If I can recall correctly, Doomcenter was created originally by a member called Doorhenge and then maintained by other random members after he stopped working on it.
