The problem is I am stuck in a project that must be Zandronum compatible and the team asked me not to use Zscript. :( I guess I'll have to give up on this feature. :( You could check some of the ZDaemon game modes, whose ACS is usually public. Makes sense. However, it seems to only be a partial mod. There's not enough in the file for it to be doing much on its own. I guess the ACS lumps could be doing *something*. There is a loadacs lump that specifies them but without source, who knows what they do. Certainly. ZDaemon mods usually ...

I just replied to the OP over at DW (OP was advised to make a post here, but that's kinda silly in that regard) and its a ZDaemon wad, likely a mod, by the LA clan.

I only know this because (shulk) i am currently researching these very things (ZDaemon's history, that is).

AFAIK the GLES stuff under Android is done with GLES 2.0, and the older stuff, relying on PowerVR tech, uses the tile-based approach. The Goforce version used a pixel shader, however. FWiW, the water effect in the video is from a very old version of Doom Legacy. It was a feature of the early ...

It doesn't work and it says d-gles tech demo, i don't know what that means. There are some options and a splash screen, then you hear some music and get a black screen. What OP likely is referring to is the eyecandy bits of DoomGLES - the lensflare, the shadered water, and so on. DoomGLES for PocketPC was basically Doomsday in terms of eyecandy. It was fun to see running on PPC (I actually have a device that could run this properly, the Dell Axim X50v) - but ...
