Just a quick info... DavidN is making Ramp a yearly event and also held a Ramp event here in 2022... Ramp 2022 has just been finished and closed with around 117 maps. This time authors were limited to max 3 map submissions and the timespan was 1 month instead of 2. My maps for Ramp 2022 are more ...

just added 3 versions of the scout marine (3 different faces and shoulder icons) to spawn at random... current list of monsters with completed models that await decorate + modeldef + sndinfo: space marine librarian / chaos librarian chaos marine with bolter eldar warp spider with brightlance eldar ...

another one join the ranks.. a dark angels scout armed with a SHOTGUN... he will be part of a 40k monster pack for gzdoom that I will release when all monsters are replaced.. most if not all of the monsters from my minipacks will also be part of that mod... 40k vehicles will be in a seperate mod ...

cool, will the maps need to be for gzdoom, boom or some other port?

I prefer to make maps in GZDoom UDMF format and it seems that is also what you are using

I have a few UDMF GZDoom maps that never got released and I am tempted to upload them to this community project

I know not of any convertion tools but from what Ive seen by converting freedoom levels by hand, there are atleast some things that could be automatically converted if a tool was made

If you put a Doom IWAD in the exact same directory as where ZDoom is (You downloaded it, after all), do you notice any changes? So, literally the same directory as where ZDoom was downloaded to. MacOSX being GUI based, i imagine you have a specific downloads folder, no? yes each user has a default ...

I assume that raze needs a 64 bit intel mac and wont run on the 32 bit intel imac?
