I think you 'll have to deal with SetActorAngle in acs reguarding what angle is the objet at that time.
If a 3D lemming like maybe you can randomize the angle a bit.

Maybe I'll think about finishing rotations for the female marine / zombie I am still esitating about what weapon to give
it: (hi rate pistol,shotgun,ssg,rifle,chaingun,minigun,plasma,rail...)

I am not sure I remember someone saying that on doomsday forum but He use some knight from Quake in maps like chiller castle , doomdragon so I am not sure about those on webpage. I recognise some models and textures coming from Half-Life , RTCW , ET , Quake mods in maps like chiller castle so this ...
