The first time you encounter those colored switches, ignore them, but later on you'll discover groups of small pillars that represent the color order (from left to right) that you have to hit the switches in.

Spacedm5 is a fantastic choice. I was very close to pimping my good friend Zap610's WIP, but after seeing the suggestion of spacedm5 I feel deeply overshadowed.

The fact that it's castlevania almost begs that it should be undoomlike. No reason to have guns in it. And yes I know PoR had guns but that was set in 1942.

I always wanted to make a FP Castlevania project that takes place during the events of 1999, I mean there is no game for it yet. You would be able to choose from a few different characters and each of them would have their own levels (of course it can overlap). Of course, I never would see myself ...
