Yes, they work, but get blocked, because they can't be downloaded "securely". I guess, because it's not an https link. Vivaldi blocked it, Chromium & Min didn't. Don't have Firefox/Chrome handy...

Interestingly enough, I didn't encounter the sound bug on 0.10.4, but now on almost every upgrade on 0.10.5. Running GZD 4.11.3 on Linux.

Is there any way to have DOOM Infinite use its own settings file because it requires setting a lot of keybinds and i dont want to mess with my usual stuff. Im guessing you played with Colourfull Hell, the particles are from the mod itself, its got its own gore effects. Nope :) I'm on the 0.9 Beta from the original post. Unless LegenDoom Lite 3 does it's own little gore things (which it doesn't, as far as I understand it), all other mods are gore ...

I'm most likely not skilled enough for testing as long as it's not visual things and there's one little thing that looks off: Round particles :D Maybe you can make it, so the mod checks for the gl_particles_style setting in the regular options!? :) - Blood no longer blocks movement YAY! Two minor critique points would be the stat icons being hi-res compared to eveything else and the inventory showing up at the bottom left instead of centered.
