Can't we separate sprites and textures to apply texture filtering?
I want to know if it is not possible to apply trilinear filtering to sprites without filtering textures.

Wouldn't it be ok if I set the back button as the map and the start button as the menu on the Xbox controller as default?
I don't think the pause key is needed anyway, as it stops when the menu is displayed.

Or another suggestion, if the level is dark you can use the console command "r_visibility", and the higher you set the value, the stronger the light that will illuminate from the player. Default is set to 8, this is useful if you want to see better in dark levels, or in regular levels it looks like ...

Gamma is not good to see because the screen is too heterogeneous.
Hopefully there's an option to increase the overall brightness like the Bethesda Classic Doom.

I tried to use the upscale program (ESRGAN, TOPAZ GIGAPIXEL AI) and it failed.
Using ESRGAN is a bit tricky and TOPAZ GIGAPIXEL will crash while encoding if the computer specification is low.
Please someone help me.
