I have tested and found out that this mod causes serious framerate issues on large monster maps, I do not know if you can optimise this but it would be appreciated, I tested on sunlust map 24 with and without and their was a noticable difference, would love to use this mod more but that is mostly a ...

That sounds more like a Brutal Doom issue, not necessarily a Champions issue. Brutal Doom adds a lot of additional sprites with the gore effects.
