I have exactly the same cd and it has no doom2.exe or anything close to it whatsoever. How about a screenshot of the folder where you say doom2.exe is stored?.

I agree on everything but the forums (excepting of course, one related to the portal itself convering web design, etc), Wiki and Editing References cos they can still be found and discussed in here.
