That option just changes how the enemies move and behave. "Duke3D" is the same as vanilla, plain and simple. Ok now that's a tough one. Probably has something to do with the fact that parrying in singleplayer freezes the world for some tics. Maybe it ignores player input during that time?

ParryMe 1.1 - Universal Parrying

Updated ParryMe to version 1.1. I've added a "parry fail" time window where getting damaged will make you unable to parry for some tics and an option to allow stunning monsters by parrying their melee attacks.

I'm starting work on a total rewrite as a small side project. A dev branch could appear on GitHub at any moment. No high hopes, though. I may be too busy with real life and other bigger non-related works.
