It works fine on 4.14.1 and I could not replicate in 4.13.2

I need more information (other mods, what you were doing, etc) to fix but if it only occurs in an older GZDoom, update your GZDoom. I will not support older versions.

This is very cool, I've been tossing various mods and maps at it to see what/if anything breaks. It "works" with almost everything but I've run into some issues. Both LEGION and Colorful Hell monsters don't show up on the automap, nor are they killed when the portal appears Feet On The Ground ammo ...

I'm not keen on the cup of Lean because it's not something I would use or use in other games with it, so Im not inclined to take the effort to get it to work.

Sprites, sounds, and concepts from Legacy of Rust are not locked to modern versions of GZDoom, and I would not be surprised to see some LoR stuff in the next update. There is no need to be weirdly ill mannered about it.

In the Display Settings, I forget the exact name of it but towards the top there's an option for "Fog". Turn that off. Edit: I'm home now and I can check the actual setting. Its Display Settings -> Hardware Renderer -> Fog mode and turn that off. It also only works if 'Sector Light Mode' is set to ...
