I think Marrub is working on other projects right now. And like she said above, Lithium won't get another update until the Eternity engine finishes getting it's rewrite.

I think that might be the stamina bar, you use up stamina when performing melee attacks, or double jumping as scout.

Which version of GZDoom does it work in? It did not work on any that I downloaded. Edit 1: I forgot to mention that version 3.7.2 gave the same error. Press right-click in order to exit out of the help screens, as well as any other screens in the PDA. You can always come back to view information on how to use the PDA at any time.

I have been having a strange issue with the mod: when I load DoomRL + Monster pack with a wad like AV1/AV2/Community pack 3/4 or whatever, in-game I cannot jump! I tried the fly command and pressing the jump button allows me to go straight up, so I know the key is working and jump works just fine ...

Based Yholo told me how to use the arrow keys to control the PDA, but now I have a new question. I know bestiary entries are not carried over between games, unfortunately, so I have to ask...what IS carried over? information on assemblies and exotic modpack effects on unique weapons are carried ...
