I'll keep the bind for those occasions when I play with the mouse, though.

Re: Map a Button to Switch off Y Axis?
Thanks for the suggestion. Sadly, it doesn't work on the controller. It does centre the view but that's it.

Map a Button to Switch off Y Axis?
Hey. Is there a way to map a button on my controller to switch the right stick y axis (analogous to mouse-look) on and off? I prefer to have it switched off but quite a few maps, WAD's and Mods require looking around or y-axis aiming. I know it's possible to go into the menu and switch it off but it ...

Re: Upgrading My PC
Thanks for the replies, folks. I think I'll go for an SSD next pay day with some RAM further down the road. I have an SSD as my C:\ drive and it does allow Windows to boot faster. I take it the only benefit using one for my games would be faster loading (Doom '16 could certainly do with that!)? I ...

Upgrading My PC
I'm planning on upgrading my machine in a couple of months but I've hit a bit of a "cheap upgrade wall". I've got an i7 4770k on a socket 1150 motherboard (Asus Z87 Pro), a GTX 1080ti and 8 gig of RAM. I run my games from a 4TB Western Digital Black HDD. My quandary is this: Should I spend a ton of ...

Thank you. As a player, it's always nice to have more choice in how I set up my game.

That would be a great idea.
I've a question for those cleverer than I. If I add Sigil to my autoload is there a chance that it could break compatibility with other WADs which add a 5th episode? Come to think about it, could I do the same with E1M4b and E1M8b, too?

Great news! Using this mod has been the only way I play Heretic maps since you first released. I'm glad it's still alive. Thanks for sharing.

Re: Doom 3 Mod?
DBTHanatos made one years ago but, sadly, it only runs on a very specific old build of GZDoom. I remember it being quite fun, though.

Re: The Ultimate Torment & Torture: Supportive Edition
Thanks for replying. I deleted the .ini file and it loaded up fine. I put all the settings back to how I had it (bloom on et cetera) and it's still working. Not sure what happened but all's well now.

Re: The Ultimate Torment & Torture: Supportive Edition
Sorry for the bump but TUTNT crashes on GZDoom 4.1.1 for me. It loads up fine and the menu appears okay. Once I start a game it goes to windowed mode (I play fullscreen), the screen goes black and then, eventually, I get the obligatory Windows "Not Responding" message. I have to close the program ...

Re: Nash's Gore Mod: Vengeance Edition [v0.9 Beta Release]
This is great news. Is that really over 2000 times performance improvement?! That's some leap - Can't wait! Can I ask for one thing in the next release? Would it be possible to have an option for black blood for the Spectre? Don't know why but I've always found Spectres having red blood weird ...
