This is really interesting, what it's missing is reloads for weapons, some alt fire mode, maybe scope/zoom/aim option... other than this it's excellent mod with nice variety. FD+ is more meant to be like a "vanilla plus" mod, keeping mostly vanilla gameplay but spicing it up. Those features would ...

Yeah, if there was a Valiant class, I would take what was done with the pistol and chaingun and then work from there, further expanding on them as well dawnbreez described.

I would agree with Cosmobyte that the arsenal as it stands is solid, and adding more guns risks redundancy. Grenades are probably the only thing I can think of being worth adding in. Otherwise, a scope for the M14 would be good to make it more practical for long-range, either as something it comes ...

I hope that this project is still alive. It's one of my favorite Doom mods and basically can't play regular Doom without it at this point.

I was playing the mod again recently, and I was thinking that it might be a good idea to have the option to have the crowbar be like your chainsaw replacement, and it permanently upgrades your melee so you use it instead of the tonfa from then on. Like I said though, it should be an option like ...

I love how game-accurate this is to Doom '16. Every other one either goes for a more simplified take or leaves out a couple of features, but this one basically has everything.
