Even easier, just load the ogg from the command line and then change the music in game.

zdoom -file myfile.ogg

at the console

changemus myfile

Extra work? Don't you just import the .ogg into your wad and name the lump D_RUNNIN or something and see if the new music plays? Takes less than 5 minutes :)
