You don't download glibc, it is one of the base parts of your system. Your system's (ZorinOS 17.3) glibc is most likely too old for this AppImage. Updating to Zorin OS 18 might help.

And as for your question: You can quite literally Google this, and else, try wget.

Or don't use Linux for Doom editing.
I understand the frustration here but this post doesn't really help either.
