Contrary to popular belief, we are not all-knowing-all-seeing magical beings!
If you want help you're going to have to provide lots of info. Like what is your hardware, what is your operating system, what version of GZDoom/LZDoom/whatever you're using, what mods you're loading, how you're loading it, what you've already tried for fixing the problem, and anything else that is even remotely relevant to the problem.
We can't magically figure out what it is if you're going to be vague, and if we feel like you're just wasting our time with guessing games we will act like that's what you're really doing and won't help you.

Re: Zandronum 3.2 crash
1) How is this relevant?
2) Why does it matter?
I think the statement EmperorGreiferus made was about Zandronum's "choice" of storing files in the AppData folder - which it will do by default if it cannot write to the current folder, that is by design. It had nothing to do with Zandronum's outdated mod support.

Because WildWeasel was indirectly accusing me of being insane or otherwise replying to something that does not exist. I'd rather not have my image tainted more than it already isRachael wrote: 1) How is this relevant?

See above.Rachael wrote: 2) Why does it matter?
That was not clear.Rachael wrote: I think the statement EmperorGreiferus made was about Zandronum's "choice" of storing files in the AppData folder - which it will do by default if it cannot write to the current folder, that is by design. It had nothing to do with Zandronum's outdated mod support.
Either way, there's one thing that recurs: PROGRAM FILES IS EVIL (or more precisely, the VirtualStore).
Ideally you would have a drive for data and a drive for the OS. Then you can do what I do and put your stuff there. On my Windows install, my GZDoom is at D:\Apps\GZDoom.
Why does this matter? First of all you can keep your stuff if you ever get malware/pranked HARD. Second of all you can rest assured nothing f***ked up is going on with your files. Third of all, it's a shorter path lmao

Anyways this thread needs closing.

Maybe not to you. It was pretty clear to me, though.
I'm not gonna go too hard on you on this one though, because I am well aware English is not your first language. But in the future, do try and read statements in context rather than throwing whatever context you had in mind at the time - EmperorGrieferus's statement made perfect sense inside the context from which it originated.
Couldn't agree more.
