SCREENSHOTS:
Spoiler:

There are a lot of Doom mods that replace monsters - "clean" monsterpacks and combined mods as well. (like complex doom, pandemonia etc) But also there is lack of monsterpacks with human enemies. Most of them are just funny controversal ones with almost vanilla gameplay or a bunch of hitscan enemies where is the only working strategy for player - look out from the corner three hundred times. As for monsters' behaviour - they are just zombies with washed faces and clean clothes.

I wanted to make something unusual and interesting there so let me present you - Hell from Earth (HFE) - monsterpack compatible with almost every weapon mod (and some gameplay ones too - watch the trailer for more information).

You will encounter there with different "cream of society" - from street gangs and drunken wretches to corrupted military organisations and abstract futuristic baddies.
Also there are changes in enemies' behaviour. Knowing that "realistic" gameplay against humans will be almost all camping with rare corner-picks and "fire in the hole" from time to time, I'm trying to make something special. Make something balanced between realism and player's behaviour in deathmatches, but not like famous complex addons with "legendaries" strafing at the speed of light. Did I make it? This will be your decide, dear players.

FEATURES:

1. All atacks are projectiles. No more annoying hitscan! Run, jump, roll, fly, swinging legs left and right - with enough skill and a bit of luck you'll capable to dodge any incoming attacks. In comparison with other human monsterpacks THESE projectiles are slow enough to let the player evade the damage even in close quarters combat.

2. Most of the enemies have different attacks, but usually not with different projectiles, but different patterns, depending on the different factors or choosing randomly.

3. Big variety of enemies, some of them are making entire factions, some of them have their own features:
Spoiler:
4. Violence! When taking a huge amount of damage, human baddy's body is splattering all over place, when you set one of these evil humans on fire - they scream and twitch in pain or start to run around, before completely turning into BBQ. Perfectly for stress relieving, you know.

5. Some enemies have some kind of personality - for example:
Spoiler:
6. Improved enemy AI. For example - enemies can make a short dashes in 6 different directions, in different patterns. Some enemies can retreat for reloading or if they are injured, some can set ambush, some will stop firing and try to evade when in player's crosshairs.

7. Few immersive features: Enemies can vandalise walls with different writings and leave rubbish on the floor. They are evil, what did you expect? And also there is another "immersive" surprise.
Spoiler:

8. And the less visible, but still a feature: enemies have slight differences in height to make them look more realistic.

9. Also this monster pack is compatible with a lot of weapon and gameplay mods which allows players to get different experience (for example, you can combine "The Punisher" from YvF, this mod and some urban mappack to feel yourself like a vigilante)

And because your enemies aren't some demons now, these baddies will try to damage you morally at first, so watch your ears!:)

Looks sweet! I've always wanted a monsterpack where you fight against human enemies instead of demons.

I really appreciate that more people are making mods with human enemies, especially with fast projectiles for traditionally hitscanner type enemies. Definitely gonna give this a shot.

Thank you) These kinds of human beings that presented here are much worse than any demon or mythical monster)

If you'll encounter any bug - let me know about it here, allright?)

Also - trailer got a little low-fps because of some YT format conflict - I'll try to upload another copy with proper FPS. This youtube... sometimes it's just ridiculous how it's trying to ruin someone's videos or streams.

Yay boy, here comes the release! Good job!
Pleased with compatibility with zandronum, as well as attention to compatibility with various weapon mods and not only.

Time to fuck up the mod for bugs, boogagagaga:twisted:

This + Trailblazer really is as close to Frank Castle Simulator as we'll get until someone manages to make a Punisher TC.

Actually, what with Castle being a Vietnam veteran in the older comics lore, War Rooster's probably an even better fit.

Yeah) Maybe The Punisher didn't drink too much as Trailblazer protagonist (only in 2004 film), but yeah, that seems about right)

Also, even "character-pack" with Punisher would be amazing)

An unusual run with this mod:

In general, I highly recommend running Aracnocide Weapons along with this monster pack. These two mods are just perfect synergies between them.

Now this is something that peaked my interest, after playing a short runthrough with Hellrider so far, it looks pretty neat! I love to see it grow overtime, keep it up!

Combining this with War Rooster and the sterilized version of Ashes Afterglow generates something that feels like a lost video game adaptation of the later Death Wish movies. Except for a couple of the high-tier enemies, they all feel like they fit most of the levels. Very good mod so far, looking forward to future updates!

After checking this, it seems to be obvious that there is a need spawn setting or something.
